relationships based on common company values/ways of working. Install/assemble
machinery/mechanical systems/ equipment as per blueprints/technical
manuals/manufacturer specs. Perform routine prevent maint on machines/conveyors/pumps/
motors/other mechanical equipment. Diagnose/repair issues with mechanical
systems/electrical components/hydraulics. Efficiently troubleshoot
mechanical breakdowns/minimise production downtime/utilise diagnostic
tools to identify issues, incl vibration analysis /infrared thermography.
Assist with installation of new systems/upgrades to existing equipment
modifications to improve the overall efficiency of operations. Work
closely with production teams/Engineers/ other maintenance personnel
to resolve equipment issues/improve machine performance. Accurate
recordkeeping of maintenance/ repairs/installations, incl. parts used/labour
hours/any issues found. Ensure tools/ equipment/parts required for
maint are available/well-maintained/follow all safety SOPs, incl.
lockout/ tagout practices/while working with hazardous machinery/equipment.
